Your data is yours. It grows with you, for you.
Your assessment, the cards you practise, your conversations with Lumia, your projects: everything you do here builds a living memory of how you lead. Here, that data isn't a risk you take. It's an asset you build: it works for you, stays under your control, and leaves with you whenever you want.
Not a risk. An asset that grows with you.
Everything you do here adds up to a personal memory: who you are, what drives you, what you've tried and what changed. It belongs to you, not to us and not to any AI.
The longer you use it, the more valuable it becomes: Lumia understands you better, your cards fit you better, and nothing you've built is ever lost.
What it gives back to you
Your profile, your history, your patterns and your progress. Owned by you, and yours to take anywhere.
What you bring: your assessment, the cards you practise, your conversations with Lumia and your projects.
What you tell your coach stays between you.
Sovereignty
Stored in the European Union, in Finland. Lumia runs on servers we rent in the Netherlands: nothing leaves the EU, and nothing is sent to AI vendors.
Security
Protected at every step, from your login to where it's stored. No one outside can reach the AI that coaches you, and only you can open your space.
Privacy
Your answers and conversations are never sold and never used to train any AI model. Even when your company pays for your access, it never sees anything individual.
Portability
Export your full history whenever you want, in an open format. Or have it all deleted. Your choice, at any time.
Only what serves you. Nothing else.
| What | What it does for you | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Your assessment and results | To build your profile and pick your cards | You |
| The cards you practise, and your levels | To sequence your journey week after week | You |
| Your conversations with Lumia | So Lumia never starts from zero | You |
| Your projects and their files | To pick cards and content for your real situations | You |
| Account and billing | To run your subscription | You, and our payment provider |
Your work on yourself shouldn't stay locked in an app.
While you're here
It consolidates, and works harder for you.
Every assessment, card and conversation adds to your memory. The more you use the platform, the sharper Lumia's questions, the better your weekly card and the more relevant your library.
And it's reusable: take your profile to a coach, a mentor or your next role.
If you stop
You leave with all of it.
